What is it?<\/strong><\/p>\n

GALFRION (A) is a direct adhesion coating on different substrates; galvanised iron, steel and other metallic surfaces; allowing them to be resistant to temperatures up to 200\u00baC. It contains levelling additives that distribute the paint films uniformly, with a metallic finish similar to that of cold galvanising. Its easy application allows the preparation of metallic surfaces as a primer or the presentation of corrosion protected surfaces as a finishing paint. Moreover, as it is fast drying, painted surfaces can be put into operation in a very short time.
\nGALFRION (A) provides rust and corrosion protection to the surfaces where it is applied, allowing it to withstand the attack of industrial and atmospheric pollutants. It also offers protection to metallic surfaces against the corrosive action of salt spray, allowing it to withstand cycles of over 700 hours, with film thicknesses of 45 microns.
\nGALFRION (A) is packaged in an environmentally friendly propellant that does not alter the ozone layer.<\/p>\n

How is it applied?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The correct application of the product is FUNDAMENTAL to obtain the required results:
\nBefore applying GALFRION (A) clean the surface to be treated of grease and rust; apply a fine-grained sanding.
\nShake the aerosol vigorously for at least 3 minutes, making sure that the inner ball is completely released.
\nInvert the aerosol and press the push button to clean the product outlet nozzle.
\nWith the aerosol in vertical position (valve upwards), apply the product in short bursts on the surface to be treated, at a distance of about 20-30 cm.
\nOnce the application is finished, invert the aerosol again and operate the push button until the product outlet nozzle is clean.
\nThe performance of the product depends on the surface where it is applied.
\n– Galvanised iron surfaces 0.6-1.8 m\u00b2\/Kg (0.7 to 0.8 m\u00b2\/aerosol).
\n– Iron surfaces 0.4-0.5 m\u00b2\/kg (0.2-0.3 m\u00b2\/aerosol).
\nFor an optimum finish, thin, even coats are preferable to a single thick coat, with a drying time of 15-30 minutes per coat.
\nFor stain removal use toluene or xylene as a solvent.<\/p>\n

Where does it apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n

GALFRION (A) is a paint that provides finishes similar to cold galvanising, so its use is very useful in forge workshops, metalwork, plumbing, etc.
\nGALFRION (A) is easy to apply, so its use is of great utility in contract repairs, industrial and institutional maintenance, repair companies, builders, industrial machinery, etc.<\/p>\n
