What is it?<\/strong><\/p>\n

IONGRAS-ATOXIC-TFL (A) It is a high performance lubricating grease for use in the food industry, classified H1; suitable for applications with accidental contact with food. Its PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) content gives it excellent performance for mechanical elements of very different food equipment and facilities.
\nIONGRAS-ATOXIC-TFL (A) has a high resistance to water, humidity, acids, alkalis and saline environments. It also has good adhesion, long useful life and high EP capacity, its wide operating temperature range (from -23\u00ba to 160\u00ba C) and high compatibility with the most diverse materials.
\nIONGRAS-ATOXIC-TFL (A) has no odor or taste and provides the mechanisms and treated surfaces with significant protection against oxidation.<\/p>\n

How is it applied?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Before and during its application, the container must be shaken well to facilitate the incorporation of the product.
\nIONGRAS-ATOXIC-TFL (A) spray is applied, at a distance of about 20cm, directly on the mechanism or surface to be treated.
\nFor difficult operations, small parts, mechanism interiors, inaccessible areas, etc., a button with an extension tube is provided on the aerosol cover that facilitates applications.<\/p>\n

Where does it apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n

IONGRAS-ATOXIC-TFL (A) is the non-toxic grease recommended for the lubrication of mechanical elements of the machinery present in the Food Industry, which require effective and continuous greasing. These elements can be bearings, guides, shafts, bearings, sprockets, gears, bushings, rollers, washers, bushings, etc. components of machines such as stuffers, staplers, mincers, conveyor belts, cutters, kneaders, etc.
\nIONGRAS-ATOXIC-TFL (A) is therefore used in all types of installations related to the Food Industry; slaughterhouses, canneries, bakeries, dairies, wine companies, breweries, andtc.<\/p>\n
