Description
What is it?
LUBRION-TFL (A) is a liquid made up of a dispersion of PTFE waxes (polytetrafluoroethylenes) in highly refined mineral oil, together with fluidity-improving solvents and adherence promoters on metal surfaces. PTFE is one of the most slippery compounds known. It is not affected by acids or alkalis, thus resisting polluting, humid and aggressive atmospheres.
It is used as a lubricant for mechanisms subjected to extreme pressures, with a durability four times higher than other common lubricants. In addition, it does not stain, protects, repels dust and moisture.
It is used as an anti-adherent in silicone-free welding work. It prevents the adhesion of projections, while improving the sliding of the wire through the nozzle, being able to carry out the work with less GAS pressure than usual, allowing a saving of 25-35% of its consumption and a useful time in the superior nozzle per hour, maintaining the quality of the finishes.
How is it applied?
Spray LUBRION-TFL (A) at a distance of about 20cm.
Lubricant: Apply directly on the part to be treated, leaving the product to act for 20-30 seconds. Then start the mechanism. The extension tube facilitates applications with difficult access, small parts, etc. The application yield depends on the surface to be treated, as a guide:
· 1g. (1 spray) in lubrication of conventional locks.
· 4g. (3 pulv.) in hammer locks and security locks.
· 25g. (6-7 pulv.) for bicycle chains, motorcycles, etc.
Welding Anti-adherent: Impregnate the contact nozzle and the torch nozzle when starting work. Repeat the operation after every 1-2 hours of continuous work.
Where does it apply?
As a lubricant, LUBRION-TFL (A) finds applications in all types of mechanisms, locks, slides, etc., in workshops, metalwork, hardware stores, naval companies, ships, etc.
As a non-stick welding agent, LUBRION-TFL (A) is ideal for metal welding (MIG or MAG) especially when the absence of silicones is required. In addition, experience in use has shown that LUBRION-TFL (A) saves gas, since it requires less pressure to carry out the work.
LUBRION-TFL (A) is very useful in garages, car repairs, motorcycle and bicycle workshops, heavy machinery and public works, military detachments, etc.
