What is it?
THOSOL-ECO is a new multi-purpose, energetic and environmentally sustainable detergent and degreaser, designed for the removal of grease and dirt in many different circumstances, both in general industry and in the food sector.
THOSOL-ECO acts by energetically emulsifying the grease molecules in the cleaning water, drastically reducing their surface tension, separating them from the surfaces to which they are adhered and allowing them to be easily removed during rinsing.
THOSOL-ECO does not contain organic solvents and its components have been carefully selected, seeking the optimum balance between effective action, safety and environmental sustainability.
How is it used?
It is recommended to use THOSOL-ECO diluted in 5 to 10 parts of water, depending on the amount and type of dirt to be removed. The most common application methods are:
SPRAYING: Dissolve THOSOL-ECO in water and spray on the surface to be degreased, after a few minutes wipe with a damp cloth. Our range of sprayers ensures perfect application with minimum product consumption.
Wiping: Dip the cloth or sponge into the THOSOL-ECO solution and gently wipe the surface. Then pick up the dirt with a clean cloth.
MOPPING: Add 50c.c. of product per litre of mopping water.
IMMERSION: Immerse the utensil to be cleaned in the THOSOL-ECO solution. Then rinse with plenty of water.
Where is it used?
THOSOL-ECO is used for cleaning and degreasing utensils, surfaces, machinery and installations related to the food industry, as well as in kitchens; griddles, fryers, ovens, extractor hoods, filters, tiles, furniture and surfaces.
THOSOL-ECO is used in the cleaning of all those industries that work with solid fats and oils, such as oil mills, vegetable oil refineries, margarine factories, industrial slaughterhouses, canning and smoking factories, dairy products, fish processing, hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, bars, cleaning and maintenance contractors, workshops
