Waterproofing of roofs and ceilings

This product is especially suitable for waterproofing roofs and ceilings with maximum durability and resistance to external agents.

It is available in different colours: white, light blue, grey, green, brown, red, black and transparent.

Features:

Waterproofing and insulating. Forms a perfectly adherent, elastic and resistant layer. It performs the dilation and contraction of temperature changes, without breaking and avoiding water filtrations. It is the ideal product when you want to apply waterproofing and insulating properties to terraces, roofs, decks, concrete, etc… Once dry, it forms a perfectly adherent layer without any joint and completely elastic (coefficient of expansion between 200 and 300 %). It penetrates into cracks and crevices allowing expansion and contraction movements of the surfaces where it is applied without cracking, thus preventing water seepage. Ageing tests carried out on specimens prepared according to the same standardised method of application of the product showed that after five hundred hours of accelerated ageing no anomalies were observed.

Mode of Employment:

  • The surface is cleaned.
  • Once dry, the product is applied by brush, roller, brush or pressure. New building: apply a first coat of the product diluted with 25% water. After 24h a second coat of the pure product is applied. Previously treated surface: Eliminate the areas in poor condition and apply the product diluted in water 3/1. After drying, 12 or 24 hours depending on the time, the entire surface is treated.
  • Finally, the final coat is applied with the pure product.
